Coworking or a day office?
A coworking day pass gives you shared workspace without a private room. Choose a day office when you need a door you can close for confidential conversations, sustained calls or focused work.
Coworking is $60 per person for a business day, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wi-Fi, printing, copying and sparkling water are included. Phone booths are available at some locations on a first-come, first-served basis. Each person needs their own pass; guests are not included.
Day-office rates depend on the location, date and booking duration. Check the selected room’s capacity and available hours before reserving.
Can I get monthly coworking with a Virtual Office?
Yes. Eligible Virtual Office members can add 4 coworking days per month for $199 or 8 days per month for $299. The coworking add-on is charged separately from your Virtual Office plan, whose starting price is $75 per month.
The add-on provides open, non-dedicated seating for one person. Reserve through the Member Portal before each visit. Compare the current plan options and confirm eligibility with the team.
When should I choose a full-time office?
Choose a full-time office when you need a private place to return to regularly, a base for your team, or member access outside the coworking day-pass hours. Full-time office members have 24/7 access; a coworking day pass covers business days from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
For a larger team or a customized layout, ask about Enterprise space. The team can discuss the office configuration and agreement that suit your needs.
Meeting room, conference venue or event space?
Start with a meeting room for a client meeting, interview or presentation. For a training day or conference, compare Jay Conference venues by seating layout, breakout needs, catering and AV. For a reception or celebration, look at the event-space options.
