Affordable office space in NYC: options for different budgets
Looking for cheap office space in NYC? Choose the amount of workspace you actually need. Compare a shared day pass, a private office for selected hours and a dedicated office suite by total cost, privacy and access.
- An occasional shared workday: a coworking day pass is $60 per person per day, with access from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on business days.
- Private calls or focused work: day offices start at $30/hour. Check the selected room’s capacity, booking minimum and available hours.
- A regular base for your team: compare full-time office plans by the total suite price, team capacity, agreement term and included services.
A virtual office from $75/month is an address and business-services plan, not a full-time physical office. Workspace and coworking add-ons have separate terms and charges.

Shared workspace · $60 per day
Coworking Day Pass
A coworking day pass gives you shared workspace without a private room. Work from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on business days for $60 per person.
Wi-Fi, printing, copying and sparkling water are included. Phone booths are available at some locations on a first-come, first-served basis. Each person needs their own pass; guests are not included.

Day Office
Choose a furnished day office when you need a door you can close for confidential conversations, sustained calls or focused work. Reserve for your selected hours or day.
Day offices start at $30/hour, and therapy offices are also available. Rates and availability depend on the location, date and booking duration. Check the selected room’s capacity and available hours before reserving.
Your regular private workspace · 24/7 access
Full-Time Office
Choose a full-time office when you need a private place to return to regularly, a base for your team, or access outside coworking day-pass hours. Furnished offices include shared amenities, and full-time office members have 24/7 access.
For a larger team or a customized layout, ask about Enterprise space. The team can discuss the office configuration and agreement that suit your needs.
Manhattan business address · From $75/month
Virtual Office
Get a Manhattan business mailing address, mail handling and mail notifications with every plan. Plans start at $75/month; phone services and included room hours vary by plan.
Monthly coworking, when you need it
Eligible Virtual Office members can add 4 coworking days per month for $199 or 8 days per month for $299. The coworking add-on is charged separately from your Virtual Office plan.
The add-on provides open, non-dedicated seating for one person. Reserve through the Member Portal before each visit. Compare the current plan options and confirm eligibility with the team.

Jay Suites meeting rooms accommodate up to 58 people, include basic A/V and start at $60/hour. Choose a meeting room for a client meeting, interview, presentation or team session.

Jay Conference
Jay Conference offers professional conference centers with flexible, themed meeting and event spaces for groups of all sizes. Accommodate up to 400 guests in a single space and up to 1,000 guests within one venue.
Spaces can be configured in classroom, theater, boardroom, reception and other flexible layouts, with sophisticated A/V technology and on-site support.
