Frank Sinatra was known as the Chairman of the Board, a legendary singer and the epitome of show business success. At over 2,200 square feet, our Sinatra Room is the largest meeting space our center has to offer with the entire second floor dedicated to its use. The room can accommodate up to 200 guests.

Deemed the King of Rock n' Roll, Elvis Presley ushered in a new era of music and style. The Presley Room is 700 square feet and can entertain up to 70 guests. It is centrally located on the first floor, directly behind reception with phone booths for personal calls nearby.

A true pop culture icon, Marilyn Monroe defined Hollywood beauty and the glamorous lifestyle it inspired. At 500 square feet, the Monroe Room was designed for more intimate meetings rather than large-scale conferences with a capacity of up to 54 guests. It is located on the first floor in close proximity to business lounges and our espresso bar.

Crestron app on provided iPad is an all-in-one interface that controls the room’s temperature, partition, lighting, and displays. All of our meeting space rentals can cater to groups of 50-200 and come fully-equipped with large screen LED TVs, polycom conference phones, in addition to unlimited high-speed WiFi. Modular conference tables with built-in ports for charging, USB, and HDMI inputs, can easily be rearranged for theatre, boardroom or classroom-style setups upon request.

The dynamic Jay Rooftop terrace is perfect for hosting everything from company happy hours to team offsites and product launches. Jay Rooftop serves as the ideal outdoor New York City venue with stunning views of the Manhattan skyline, starting from minimum groups of 50 and maxing out at 250 guests. Experienced event planners will be available to assist in coordinating corporate events from beginning to end. This marks the third event space Jay Suites has to offer, the others being at our 34th Street and Times Square locations respectively.
