Jay Suites Inks Deal at 315 Madison Avenue

Jay Suites announced that it has signed a deal for an 18,000-square-foot property at 315 Madison Avenue. This will be the seventh property in their portfolio of shared NYC office and co-working spaces. Jay Suites now has 240,000 square feet in Manhattan making Jack and Juda Srour leaders in the shared office and co-working industry.

The new space at 315 Madison Avenue will occupy the third and fourth floor of a 26-story building and will be built into its famed luxury office spaces with a target opening date of March 2015, with pre-leasing to begin at the start of 2015. When completed, the business center will house 65 fully-furnished office suites ranging in size from a single individual suites to larger team rooms, two state-of-the-art meeting rooms, designer reception area, break room with a fully-stocked pantry, and a tenant hotspot. Aside from the office space and amenities, Jay Suites office centers have become a hub and community of entrepreneurs that feed and bounce information off each other.

Given the area’s high accessibility — with Grand Central Station across the street and numerous subways and buses just down the block — prospective tenants could originate anywhere in the tri-state area. With numerous services, shopping, and tourist attractions, the center would accord a premium location for any business, in the heart of Manhattan. Their office packages are offered with all-inclusive prices, which cover everything from furniture, utilities such as phones and Internet, services such as reception and mail handling, and usage of their conference rooms and lounge spaces. Virtual office plans and conference room rentals by the hour and day would be available, as well.

“We’re excited to expand not only our physical footprint, but our ability to serve the amazing community of New York entrepreneurs and startups,” commented Jack Srour, Chief Operating Officer. “Our pricing model and packages are specifically crafted to serve small business owners who are just starting out as well as corporate clients that are experiencing rapid growth. We offer a higher level of service and quality of furnishings than the standard coworking space or office suite. “

The Madison Avenue location will be Jay Suites’ seventh location in New York. Other locations include 31 West 34th Street, 1370 Broadway, 369 Lexington Avenue, 1441 Broadway, 2 West 46th Street and 30 Broad Street.

“There’s a great window line with natural light at 315 Madison,” President Juda Srour added that each floor has 11-foot ceilings.”

In the past year, Jay Suites has doubled its footprint in Manhattan with plans to push ahead aggressively not only in New York but across the country. As the Real Deal first reported in late November, the firm will be seeking funding to fuel its already explosive expansion by targeting entrepreneurs who are looking for both a higher level of service and quality of furnishings without having to pay exorbitant prices.
