Our Grand Central location offers a beautiful and newly renovated 3,200 square feet outdoor rooftop space. Located at 369 Lexington Avenue, between 40th and 41st streets, the space is centrally located in Midtown Manhattan just a block away from Grand Central Station. It provides a picturesque setting to get away from "business as usual." The Terrace provides spectacular views of the historic Chrysler Building, Chanin Building and other nearby skyscrapers. It also offers a fully equipped covered pergola area with fans and the latest in tech. The beautiful night sky will light up any event and provide an ambiance that cannot be compared to any other rooftop in Manhattan.

Our 34th street location offers a beautiful and newly renovated 2,500 square foot rooftop terrace, an impressive NYC event space. Located on 34th Street, between 5th and 6th Avenues, our corporate event space is centrally located in Midtown Manhattan just minutes from Penn Station. It provides a picturesque setting to get away from "business as usual". Our rooftop provides spectacular views of New York City, including the Empire State Building across the street. Functions: This private event space boasts sleek, modern décor, the latest in telecommunication technology, and an onsite event host. Our host will make sure you have everything you need for your event and can provide catering recommendations upon request, including a catering menu from New York's renowned restaurant Cipriani. Our corporate event space has bench seating and high definition in-ceiling speakers giving members the ability to get the most of their presentations. We have HDMI hookups for presentations and videos as well as a microphone for any guest speakers or panels. It also features a dividing curtain which allows for added flexibility as far as room size and breakout sessions.
